Hi Aditya,
Did you check the paragraph formats assigned to the TEXT ELEMENT and paragraph format of standard text ?
I hope in standard text you might have maintained * for the paragraph format, if so change it with the paragraph format name(only for the lines with ,,) in which you defined the tabs.
Check the paragraph formats, cross check your standard text if you define only one tab and in text if you are giving ,, ,, then two comma's will come in output.( might be a human mistake ).
